
Mr. Fraser is President and Chief Executive Officer of Killam. He has held this position since May 2000. Mr. Fraser has worked in real estate since 1988. Prior to founding Killam, Mr. Fraser held the position of Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Pacrim Developments Inc., a real estate development company. Mr. Fraser holds a Masters of Business Administration from St. Mary's University, a Masters of Urban and Rural Planning and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University.

Mr. Richardson is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Killam, having held the position since 2000. He is also President of Compass Commercial Realty, a commercial management company based in Halifax. Mr. Richardson has worked in real estate for 22 years. Mr. Richardson holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and is a chartered accountant. In 2006, Mr. Richardson was awarded the Fellow Chartered Accountant designation by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia.

Ruth Buckle-McIntosh joined Killam Properties in May 2003 as Vice President of Property Management and is responsible for the operations of Killam's 8,900 unit apartment portfolio. Ruth has worked in property management for 20 years. Prior to joining Killam, Ruth was Vice President of Property Management with O&Y Enterprises.

Pamela Crowell joined Killam Properties in December 2005 as Vice President, Property Management, Manufactured Home Communities. Pamela has worked in commercial real estate for 20 years. Prior to joining Killam, Pamela was Vice President, Real Estate Operations at a real estate development company based in Halifax, where she worked for 12 years. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Acadia University.

Keith Foster joined Killam Properties in November 2003 as Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Killam Keith was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young in Halifax, where he worked for 13 years. Keith is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University.

Jeremy Jackson joined Killam Properties in November 2005 as Vice President, Marketing and Sales. Jeremy has over 20 years of sales and market management experience primarily in the I.T. and Telecom sector. Prior to joining Killam, Jeremy spent time working in various capacities in the U.K., Toronto and Halifax markets and most recently worked with Aliant Telecom where he was the General Sales Manager-National Accounts. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St.Francis Xavier University and an MBA from St. Mary’s University.

Michael McLean has been working with Killam since its inception and has overseen the acquisition of the majority of Killam’s apartments and MHCs throughout the country. More recently, Mr. McLean has managed the development of Killam’s MHC expansions in Greenhill Estates in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Birch Hill Estates in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Cowan Place in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, and Golden Horseshoe in Beamsville, Ontario. Prior to working at Killam, Michael held technology consulting positions with a P-3 schools consortium and other local and national real estate firms. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dalhousie University (formerly Technical University of Nova Scotia).
